Return Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our FMCG products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
However, we will gladly accept returns in the following cases:
- You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.
- You received the wrong product (different from what was ordered).
- The product packaging was tampered or leaked during transit.
1.2 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@yfarmpure.shop or calling [Customer Care Number].
- You must provide photo or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order ID.
Once your return request is verified, our team will coordinate pickup or request you to self-ship the item (depending on your location).
Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Approval
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
2.2 Refund Mode
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store wallet credit, as preferred.
2.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Product returned without original packaging or label.
- Product opened, used, or tampered with.
- Return request made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Change of mind or dislike of taste after purchase.
Order Cancellations
3.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them, provided they have not been packed or shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3.2 Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:
- Product out of stock or discontinued.
- Payment not received or failed authorization.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Replacement Policy
