- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next working day.
- During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Duration
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier workload, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above the minimum order value mentioned on our website (e.g., ₹100).
- For orders below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping charges will apply and will be shown at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email with the tracking details.
- You can track the shipment in real time using the provided tracking link.
5. Packaging & Safety
- All products are packed in tamper-proof, hygienic, and eco-friendly packaging.
- We ensure maximum safety and freshness while dispatching your order.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
- If the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or returned to us.
- Additional charges may apply for re-shipping due to an incorrect address.
7. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts.
- If the delivery is not successful due to customer unavailability, the package will be returned to us.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Product Delivery
If you receive:
- a damaged package,
- an opened/tampered parcel, or
- a wrong/missing product,
