  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Duration

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier workload, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above the minimum order value mentioned on our website (e.g., ₹100).
  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping charges will apply and will be shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email with the tracking details.
  • You can track the shipment in real time using the provided tracking link.

5. Packaging & Safety

  • All products are packed in tamper-proof, hygienic, and eco-friendly packaging.
  • We ensure maximum safety and freshness while dispatching your order.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
  • If the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or returned to us.
  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipping due to an incorrect address.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts.
  • If the delivery is not successful due to customer unavailability, the package will be returned to us.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive:

  • a damaged package,
  • an opened/tampered parcel, or
  • a wrong/missing product,
